Joost Spijkers
Spijkers sings and talks about his intense desire to participate in the grand and compelling life. ZIEL & ZALIG is about rising from the rubble and emerging from the ashes.
Especially in these harsh times when the news mainly offers us madness and horror, it is important to make people laugh again, to offer hope and to make them believe in a future in which the world heals and love triumphs. Yes: big words, but we mean them.
We must sing, dance, laugh and enjoy. And we must break our bread and share it with others. In short: Spijkers will convey a generous, fearless and passionate zest for life with ZIEL & ZALIG.
Joost Spijkers is a theatrical all-rounder. He is widely praised for his golden voice, his dance moves, his idiosyncratic repertoire. He won both the Poelifinario and the Annie MG Schmidtprijs.
