Intouchables – Live in Concert
The moving film classic Intouchables is screened in its entirety on the big screen, while an orchestra of 25 top musicians performs Ludovico Einaudi’s iconic soundtrack live.
Intouchables tells the true story of the unexpected friendship between Philippe, a wealthy man who becomes paralyzed, and Driss, his young caregiver from the Parisian suburbs. What begins as a practical working relationship grows into a special bond full of humor, clashing worlds, and mutual understanding. The music of Ludovico Einaudi plays an important role: his recognizable piano melodies and subtle orchestral sounds lend the story extra emotional depth.
Intouchables Live in Concert is part of Cinema Symphony , a series of film concerts by The James Whale Orchestra produced by Bora Bora Producties. Previous successful productions included Amélie Live in Concert , which toured the Netherlands to sold-out venues.
