Jachthuis Sint Hubertus
In the north of Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe you will find the Jachthuis Sint Hubertus, situated by a beautiful pond in a popular walking area.
Our neighbourhood assistants knock on residents’ doors, listen to stories and bring people from Apeldoorn Zuid into contact with each other. They help with questions about care, financial problems or finding the right agencies. They also encourage neighbours to help each other and be active in their own neighbourhood. In this way, we are building a close-knit, caring neighbourhood together.
