Welcome to Bar Goût, the new wine bar in the heart of Apeldoorn where taste, atmosphere and experience come together. On the Kapelstraat, Bram Lesterhuis and Suzan van Asselt have created a unique place where you don’t just come for a good glass of wine, but for a complete evening out.

Bar Goût is anything but a standard wine bar. The interior, partly designed by interior designer Marcelka of Studio Luckybird, is a bold and stylish mix of art nouveau, seventies influences and a touch of glam rock. Warm materials, rich fabrics and striking details create a setting in which you immediately feel at ease while continuing to look around.

Bar Goût is all about drinks and snacks. And how. From a relaxed spot at the bar to cosy tables: everything is set up for enjoyment. The menu offers a carefully selected range of wines, supplemented with surprising and high-quality bites. What makes this place extra special is the collaboration with the neighbours at Mel & Norel. A hatch has literally been made between the buildings, so the tastiest snacks come directly from the kitchen to your table. It doesn’t get any fresher or cosier than that.
