Marith Ketelaar, a 25-year-old bon vivant, has realized her dream with Gastrovino Edonista. The name “Edonista” is derived from the Italian word for hedonist, someone who centers pleasure and enjoyment of life. And that is exactly the philosophy of the shop: to create a complete experience, from good wine to carefully selected delicacies. “I want to bring a piece of holiday to Apeldoorn,” says Marith. “So that you can also experience that wonderful Italian feeling at home.”

Marith does not see these fellow entrepreneurs as competitors, but as partners who strengthen each other. “There are already beautiful specialty shops in Apeldoorn, but a concept that combines wine, delicacies, snack boards, and gifts was still missing. With Gastrovino Edonista, we complete that picture,” she says. This contributes to a lively and complete shopping experience on the Koninginnelaan.
